Recipe: Veal Carpaccio

This is an easy recipe for a decadent appetizer (or dinner). It pairs wonderfully with Italian whites.


  • 250 g veal filet

  • Olive oil

  • 2-3 large stalks of celery

  • 10-12 strawberries


  1. Slice the veal into very thing pieces. It may be helpful to freeze the veal for a few hours to do this.

  2. Cut the celery into strips for eating

  3. Slice the strawberries

  4. Arrange the slices of veal and sliced strawberries on a serving plate

  5. Drizzle with olive oil

  6. Serve with celery
