Recipe: Summer Salad

I'm really excited for everyone to try this new rose (Caz Rose) we are featuring on our virtual tasting this Friday! I would pair it with this super easy salad:


Salad

Mixed greens

Arugula

Red onions

Clementines, peeled & segments

Sliced almonds, toasted


Dressing

Olive oil

White balsamic

Dry mustard

Lemon

Oregano

Salt and Pepper


  1. 1. Combine salad ingredients in mixing bowl

  2. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients to taste

  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and mix with tongs to flavor evenly

  4. Enjoy!

  5. You can also add dried cranberries or grilled chicken to jazz it up. In place of clementines, drained mandarin oranges would also be delicious!
