Recipe: Salmon Crostini

This recipe can be a great appetizer or a super simple dinner. It pairs great with Sauvignon Blanc.


  • Crackers (I'd recommend baguette crisps)

  • 8 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

  • 1 tbsp horseradish

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 oz. smoked salmon


  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, horseradish, and dill

  2. Use a fork to shred the salmon into bite sized pieces

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the crackers

  5. Top with a bite or two of salmon

  6. Garnish with dill
