Recipe: Salmon Crostini
This recipe can be a great appetizer or a super simple dinner. It pairs great with Sauvignon Blanc.
Ingredients
Crackers (I'd recommend baguette crisps)
8 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp horseradish
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 oz. smoked salmon
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, horseradish, and dill
Use a fork to shred the salmon into bite sized pieces
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the crackers
Top with a bite or two of salmon
Garnish with dill
