Recipe: Napa Salad
A Napa salad is a perfect lunch or dinner. It has so many rich flavors mixed together for a filling and healthy meal. It also pairs great with an Italian white wine!
Ingredients
Amounts of each ingredient can be adjusted to taste
Romaine lettuce
Spring mix
Grilled chicken
Cranberries
Walnuts (or almonds)
Apples—I recommend granny smith
Bleu cheese crumbles
Celery
Optional ingredient: avocado Recommended dressing: Raspberry Vinaigrette, Red Wine Vinaigrette Directions
Grill chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Dice apples, celery, and avocado (if using) into bite sized pieces
Mix all ingredients together in a large salad bowl
Dress with a vinaigrette of your choice
