Recipe: Baked Tilapia
Baked fish pairs so well with white wine and is an easy and light dinner. Tilapia is easy to find (even here in Colorado) and this recipe is super quick for making a tasty meal.
Ingredients
4 tilapia filets
Salt & black pepper
5 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1½ lemon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place on a small baking sheet.
Melt butter in microwave
Juice ½ lemon
Mix minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice into the melted butter and pour over tilapia.
Slice the other lemon into rounds and arrange them on and around the tilapia
Bake tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is fork-tender.
Garnish with lemon rounds and parsley
