Hampden Estate 46

Jamaica

Founded in Jamaica in the 18th century, Hampden Rum is silky, smooth, and tropical. The nose is voluptuous and intense, with notes of caramel apple and sweet spices and just a hint of smoke. The mouth is smooth and dry at the same time, revealing notes of wood, tropical fruit, and resin. Perfect for mojitos or sipping neat. 46 proof. $60.99

Hampden 8 Year Overproof

Jamaica

Hampden's 8 Year Overproof is exotic, oaky, and intense, bringing the best expression of Jamaican rum. The nose is impetuous and very intense. Every scent is amplified by the higher abv, bringing out notes of cherry and delicate spices. Definitely dry, with an enjoyably bitter taste, with oak and spice, and a gentle finish of incense. Enjoy on the rocks or substitute for bourbon in an Old Fashioned. 60 proof. $71.99

A delightful array of floral aromas are quite appealing as the wine opens up. Dark fruit splashes on the palate, laced with lavender. A ripeness throughout shows a sweet side as well as a sour cherry and beet root component. Tannins are round. This wine over-delivers. $17.99
