Bistue Chardonnay

Russian River Valley (California)

Willamette Valley (Oregon)

Concentrated aromas and flavors of dark cherries and blackberries interplay with purple violets, anise, black tea, dried grasses and soft balsawood culminating in a chalky mineral finish. Pairs well with stuffed mushrooms or lamb.
