Cocktail: Snowshoe
On snowy winter days, this quick and easy cocktail is one of my favorites to warm up! It might be a great one to mix up by the fire on this snowy day, or to enjoy while preparing Thanksgiving later this week!
Ingredients
Bourbon (I like to use Rebel Yell)
Peppermint schnapps
Crushed ice
Mix it up
Pour 2 oz of bourbon over the crushed ice in a rocks glass
Add a splash of peppermint schnapps to taste
Stir
Enjoy!
